The firm's principal investigator retired from the San Francisco Police Department as Acting Captain of the Risk Management Division after 25 years in police investigations, risk management, and administration, rising through the department's ranks over the course of that career.
His investigative career covered the cases that demand the most of an investigator and a witness: narcotics, robbery, homicide, and corruption. He has provided witness testimony in federal and state courts, in both criminal and civil proceedings, including expert witness testimony in criminal cases involving narcotics, robbery, homicide, and corruption, and he brings that same evidentiary discipline to private work: verify it, document it, and be prepared to stand behind it.
